Relatives and Misc.

Well, I know I've been a bad girl, but I've been computer-less for the past week. So, to make up for it (again!), here's a caboodle of pics that we took when my Dad's sister's family came up to visit a couple weeks ago!

(the story behind this is that Joel was the "unbeatable" champion, and everyone who challenged him got beat... so Brock decided to take him on, until his son conquered him, too! hehe. After this particular round, Brock wanted a re-match with his son... yes, Joel was humbled and put back into place ;) )

"What needs dusting today?" ;) Kiwi decided to offer me a hand as I went around the room dusting away. I heard her calling me with little "clicks and chirps". When I offered her the duster, she took it gladly and started dusting off her perch =D

There you go! Mom and I will be down in Burbank next week, and I plan on doing an update or two while we're down there (yes, I really mean it!), so stay tuned! I'll update again when I have a chance next week.

Back-packing?

Well, we've been Garrett-less for two days now... We miss him a ton already! Needless to say that the house has been a lot quieter since he's been gone =( In case some of you are at a loss for what I'm talking about, here's the scoop... =D Garrett and a whole bunch of other young guys left for a back-packing trip to, um, somewhere! hehe... I still don't know where they ran off to, but they left on Tuesday morning (the 4th) and won't be back until late Thursday (the 6th). This is Garrett's first exposure to back-packing, so it'll be interesting to hear all the stories and experiences he had when he comes home =)

Here's Garrett, right before we dropped him off at the Telian's (he spent the night there so he could just get up and go with them the following morning)... Isn't this a good picture for Pilgrim's Progress?! ;)




Backpacking? What? Me? Something's terribly wrong here...! ;)

Anyways, I'll give you another update when Garrett gets home and we gather some photos of his trip! Stay tuned ;)
